As a self employed musician, finding an appropriate mortgage lender proved to be difficult. I used the services of Joe Al-Kaabi, who as well as being an all round nice guy, worked above and beyond his job description in acquiring detailed information about several properties, even before I committed to an offer. If I were to sell and re-mortage in the future I would use no one else to guide me through the process. Highly recommended.
