So this morning we’re given the news that the government and Mr Osbourne wants to give his backing to online estate agents to help create more competition and at Online Agent Cardiff we couldn’t agree more!

Because we differ in terms of we still act like a traditional agent ( no sale no fee and we do the viewings! ) it means we can offer lower fee’s and ones that we feel are better for the client, by eliminating stress and saving them money.

Business giant – the easy group seem to think so, I’m not so sure, I think there’s a place for both personally with some areas calling out for an online agent such as Cardiff Bay, where pace is fast and life is busy, yet other areas like the formality of a branch, in time, only time will tell
