Following various appraisals on our property we found Nick & Rich to be the most helpful, they gave excellent advice on maximizing the sale-ability. I was thoroughly impressed with their marketing strategy which lead to 17 viewings after 2 days of going live, from this we achieved a sale over guide price.
Throughout the process Rich was very attentive and professional and I would recommend O.A.C to anyone who is interested in selling/letting a property.
We also sat down with their in house mortgage advisor Joe who was outstanding. Joe kept us informed at every stage through the application process and linked in towards the end of the sale with a congratulations e-mail. Would highly recommend using both and will use in the future!

August 30, 2018 - I would 100% recommend Online Estate Agents Cardiff. I was a first time buyer therefore clueless on the buying process, thankfully both Nick and Rich were always at the end of a phone when I needed some advice.
